No one EVER at the drive thru. Wait times inside slow always a bad visit. Smh they need to hire more staff.

Asked for payoff on stepdads auto loan since he had passed away. Wrote check for that amount out of personal account. Turns out I overplayed by $600 bc they gave me wrong payoff, but they refuse to refund me my money. I tried talking to a manager, it did me no good.

Had a rather large deposit today. The teller had to call another person from the back. I was aware the deposit may have a hold, when they told me they looked surprised that I didn't act up. Both ladies were great, yes it took a minute but they were courteous and efficient. Kudos

Be prepared for a 20 minute wait if you want to come into this branch. To pass the time consider bringing wireless headphones and catch up on your favorite show, you will certainly have the time to do so when visiting this branch.

Why ANYONE would continue to babk with Wells Fargo is beyond me. They received a $3.7 ** BILLION ** dollar fine recently and are STILL trying to rip people off after their last scandal in 2020. I had 2 checks written to me from the same account and they charged me 7.50 cents per check to cash. I can see a fee but 15.00 dollars to cash two checks from the same person is just a RIP off. Now they want me to email in private so the public cant see there lame excuse for the crazy fees they charge

We took my elderly mother in law in today to open a new account (she just moved). It took a total of 40 minutes to then be told we needed an appointment to open a new account and that someone would call to set it up. We chose this bank because of the convenient location, but now looking at the reviews coupled with our experience, we will find somewhere else to bank.

The rudest tellers I have ever experienced in my life. They almost refused service but after explaining I needed help today they finally helped. They hardly spoke to me while helping.

I was banking at the Manchester location until they closed down. I appreciate the friendly staff, however, having to drive to Pine Mountain and not being able to make any deposits after hours is very inconvenient.

Every time I go inside and te to get cash out it’s all sus a struggle and normally I have to get it out the atm but sometimes I need more than my daily limit and the employees are rude. First chance I get I’m going and closing my account there
