Went in and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was addressed upon entering with a warm hello. They quickly pointed me in the right direction and assisted promptly. I felt seen and not dismissed to the line like at the other big banks. I'm going to stick with the personal touch.

Mia and Mrs Edwards are awesome. Unfortunately the backoffice people suck!! Been with the bank 10 years, never bounced a check had a couple loans, try to refinance and get denied with an over 700 credit score. Wow! The service and associates at this branch are A1 and professional.
