Dr. Bradley did an AMAZING job on my root canal today!! This is my first one and I was a little nervous, but he reassured me and walked me through the process. Thanks so much for restoring my faith that the dentist can be a nice visit. ?

I have not had a singular good experience with this office. My first visit no one explained that I would need two appointments. One for X-rays and another for my cleaning. Every other dentist I’ve been to does both the initial X-ray and cleaning within the same appointment. After my first appointment I scheduled another cleaning 6 months out which was cancelled due to them overbooking. A year later I have finally decided to return for a routine cleaning and was treated as a new patient again. I was scheduled for only an X-ray appointment again without explanation and when I asked about my cleaning I was told they planned to do it three hours after my scheduled appointment. I had to return to work so this was unacceptable. I will not be returning.-updating my review as the office has responded.While I understand now that this is your policy, there should be explanations made and expectations set at the time an appointment is scheduled. I called for a regular cleaning as was not told that I would need to schedule two appointments to have this done. Your staff needs to be educated or your process needs to change.

My service was excellent. My denture had a hair line fracture and I need it repaired. I am getting married next week and definitely that would have put a dampen on my special occasion. I reachout to 2 different locations in the local area. And it felt like no one could help me. Some how I called this location and the young lady that answered the phone. Was very helpful in my time of need. She told me to come in as a walk in and they would see what they could do for me. When I reached the site. I was greeted pleasantly and the reception took very good care of me. My denture has repaired and I am very pleased with the quality of service I received. I just want to say again. Thank you.I will be back if I need your assistance again.

The service they provide is excellent, everyone is friendly, it is very clean and when making an appointment it is super easy. I am delighted and highly recommend it.

It's hard to find someone who cares, but the folks at Aspen have proven that it is not impossible. I needed a root canal in order to save my tooth. I was scared I would face excruciating pain and not once did I even wince. I was braced for "what was to come", but the procedure was over with no pain. Should another ever be necessary, I will not fear and I will definitely use Aspen for all my dental services. Thank you.

I scheduled the appointment online. I didn't have insurance as well. I was able to get an emergency appt in a week. Dr Patel, the radiologist, the front desk and the office manager was THE BEST I have ever experienced in GA! I hate the dentist but although I was a lil nervous but I left confident that I would be ok! Thanks Ladies!!!! ?

This place is amazing! Had a chipped tooth and they were able to squeeze me in the morning! The Dentists are wonderful there, understanding and very kind.. the staff are very friendly especially one named Sol.. wonderful experience every time. Definitely my dental office..
