The representative was rude and did not fully engage me. She was texting while talking to me, which made me feel unimportant. She also removed my Sim card from my phone, inserted a new one, and reset the mobile network settings, but she did not reset the phone. She told me that my problem did not resolve, which was the phone's inability to make calls, and she proceeded to tell me that i would need to buy a new phone.
I got in my car after going back in the store for more tips, powered down or reset my phone, and it worked.
She had poor communication and lacked knowledge of your products.

Visited this store two days after we were all hit by the hurricane & was the best experience I’ve had in any cellular service store. Travis was a champ, handling everything himself in these circumstances and helping multiple customers at once. Everyone was greeted as they walked in the door. Their system was down, but Travis was making anything and everything happen that he could!

Went in to buy a new phone no problem yet had the phone in stock started to set it up and we asked how much the bill would increase was told the service should only be about $60( it’s $85.99) but was also told we had to have the insurance on the phone for $17 a month which isn’t even an AT&T insurance it’s ausuirion or some 3rd party company regardless we declined 3 times after finally leaving and checking my account later that afternoon I realized the bill went up an additional $127 after looking deeper into it I noticed the insurance was added to the phone anyway after being declined 3 times and also put next up on the bill for another $10 a month which was never asked nor presented so after everything added an extra $27 a month to my bill that was unexpected on top of the higher bill that was presented to us I called immediately once realizing the issue and the rep said he would removed the next up and insurance and call me back once completed and he never called me back nor did he fix the issue I usually always go to Bestbuy to handle anything with my AT&T account but decided to go to an actual location this time that will never happen again I feel like he got the sale and slid in the extra charges for commission and was hoping we wouldn’t notice I’m not sure exact reason but not good business hopefully this location will notice an issue and resolve for future business but I will not be back!

My experience at this store location was AMAZING from start to finish! Jessica walked us through the transfer process and throughly explained our plan options. She worked with us to suggest the best phone plan for our needs. Travis was amazing as well and answers any additional questions we had. They both provided excellent customer service and made us feel like valued customers!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews unless they are bad but this experience left such a lasting impression for me! Travis greeted us right away, was very friendly, gave me a firm hand shake, and went above and beyond to help us make the best choices! He left me with a great first impression. I will definitely be asking for him again!

Tyler help me to unlock my phone he went above and beyond to give me assistance. I was not there to buy anything just to get assist technical assistance. He helped me with AT&T calling them could not do anything.

My fiancé and I went in last week and were greeted by Octavia and Jessica. Octavia was the associate who assisted us, and Jessica was actually there off the clock and ended up helping us out as well. Both ladies were INCREDIBLY helpful and their customer service was out of this world. Even got to chat on a personal level, which made getting new phones and new phone lines so much easier. We had some hiccups with the AT&T customer service rep when we had to call in the store, but Jessica and Octavia solved our issues no problem!
