We get our trash picked up every Wednesday. They are prompt and make sure the container is completely empty.

Let me tell you I have never dealt with any company as unprofessional as these people are. this driver was going to drive right by my house and only stopped because I was outside to leave me a note. Now grant it by “bin” was over filled.. however, when is it professional to not communicate with your customers? she then reversed and left me this sticker, that she had NO intention of leaving until I ran after her. When I called the company, I was told it’s our policy to NOT communicate… so you all just print stickers for fun? Apparently customer service is not part of their policy either. I don’t understand how communicating with your customers is not part of their policy!!

I had such a great experience with them I asked if there was something I could say or do to show how great it was for me and they only ask if they could share it with their supervisors and I said yes absolutely. But I wanted to show the actual experience I had with the rest of the public on this review. — “ If you are going to share this with your supervisors, then I wanted to name the driver specifically as well. His name is Derek Wilcox along with Anna who has handled everything for me from start to finish. And I’m glad you are going to share this with your supervisors, as you should. I cannot say enough how much I’m impressed by the service that I have received from both Anna and Derek. I hope I spelled their names correctly. Fast, friendly, and professional service. Anna was on top of things from the very beginning. Fast service and prompt response on all of my needs. The driver Derek was fast, friendly, and very professional. He was yea sir no sir, very respectful. I got a call ahead of, as requested, on the delivery and pick up of the dumpster and that was greatly appreciated. Thanks again for all the help and the great service. 5 STAR SERVICE! “ — I thought the review should be as real an as accurate as possible. If I could give zero stars, I would. I canceled my service over two years ago with a small balance of about $62. Since then, they’ve added excessive late fees totaling over $300, even though the service was canceled. I tried reaching out and even called, but no resolution just repeated payment demands. Very poor business practices and no concern for fairness or customer service

Called for pick up of full dumpster ...waited 4 days for them to come out to haul off and bring new dumpster. I would use a different company of I could.

Very lazy, yall leave the trash can in the road when the trash can belongs on the patch of grass next to the side of the road. I’ve called multiple times about this issue because when they do that it prevents me from parking in my spot on the side of the road next to my house or when I back into my driveway. I keep getting ignored and it’s very frustrating.

I don't get trash pickup unless I call to remind them. This time second week no pickup again. It's constant now. Curbie is cheaper and more reliable in my neighborhood.

Service is great for trash pickup but horrible for recycling. I've left my recycling container out the last four weeks and no pickup. The people you call are very nice and confirm a pickup will occur but it doesn't happen. Hopefully it will be picked up tomorrow as promised.

Been working with them for seven years in my businesses and one of the worst companies to do business with always problem missing pick ups on a weekly basis would not recommend this company .
Go with a different company.

For the past 3 weeks my trash has not been collected due to the lack if communication stating that they are using different trash truck to collect trash..... For the past 8 years I been putting out my neighbor's and mines the same way by the mailbox with handle facing out to make easier to grab for the collectors but now all of a sudden it's blocked. Asked to see if they are going come back and get the trash they said I have to wait a whole another week which will make it a months UNACCEPTABLE & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Request service on April 15 and today is May 7 still no bins I was told last week bins would be here Friday if not it’ll be Monday. I called again today MAY 7 dispatch is now saying they should be here by the end of the week service sucks.

They miss the pick up and try to blame it on the customer. The ladies in the office are very rude. They will not give you any credit for days missed. They are charging for something they are not doing. What a ripoff.
