This store should do everyone a favor and just close - one person working. Me and one other customer - waited 13 minutes for a cashier to never acknowledge or ring me up - left the pile of clothes and accessories on the counter.

I love banana republic, but the management at this location seems to not be working. I went into the store and there was only one person on the floor while management seemed to be missing…? Im sorry to say that I feel bad for the sales associates there. The associate was amazing but I felt for her and didn’t want to be a bother… Goodluck!

High quality and interesting clothing, friendly and helpful staff. There are no big overhead signs telling you what's where but the staff are eager to help. I was returning something and the next size that I tried there didn't fit right either. I'll be back when I have time to browse.

Such a great experience! Everyone working was so helpful went above and beyond. I'm currently in-between sized and the woman in the dressing room was very pleasant and helped me get several sizes. Shout out to Brittany - she was exceptional. She guided me toward figure flattering options. She also was able to price match my final purchases with the online prices.
