Service here is fast and easily accessible, with front line staff readily available to listen to your complaints and tries to resolve. Issues are escalated to the back office for further resolution. In the case that it wasn't resolved remotely, you may need to wait for a queue and get your issues resolved amicably. Turn around Time was cool. I quite enjoyed the services.

Bad in charge of this bank and not very helpful presently at this center .. Previous bank staff were wonderful and helpful but not the current ones ..

Just visited this branch . And I must say that all the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and communicative.branch manager she is very attentive and helpful explain everything in easy language.lady on reception desk is so welcoming she make sure who is the right person to meet . So thanx for your time and support.

I didn't have an appointment, but walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Courtney. She kept me updated on wait-time and offered me a water. I ended up waiting about 45-50 minutes until I was seen, but I also didn't schedule an appt and didn't mind waiting. Sandra helped with my name change and was fast, professional, and personable.

Like this place, Mellissa is really friendly, and patiently. But what happened today. I went to there to open new account. There was another lady helped me. She is really unfriendly. She doesn’t let me ask any questions while she doing the things. So I waited after she done the job. And when I asked her the questions. Her face shows me like mine questions are really stupid…..her name started with H….

If you are a Bank of America customer I highly suggest you go to any other local branch than the Pooler location. I really think this branch needs to do some evaluating on who they have working there and how they treat their customers.There is only one teller that is always kind. All of the rest always seem to have the worst attitudes and are very rude. As if it is such an inconvenience that you are there bothering them. It almost make me want to take our money to another banking institution. It’s a good thing that the other surrounding branches know how to treat their customers.

We were driving down the East Coast to take our daughter to college and we had to stop in on a Friday afternoon to get a cashiers check for her new apartment. We were assisted immediately, even with lots of patrons there. The had their pads attached to them, took our information and in less than 8 minutes after walking in, I had a cashiers check in my hand. Bravo to great service!

Its a great bank with amazing workers. Some of the negative reviews I can see are from people that don't seem to understand that the whole world has been in a global pandemic or they just lack patience. Many places are understaffed right now and yes it's possible that you may have a slightly longer wait time when there are only a handful of employees working. Please have patience with others and be considerate. The customer service at this location is top notch!

Checked Google to see what timed they closed it says 4pm . I drove all the way to Savannah (90 miles)to find out they are closed ! Every branch of bank of America. A company this big should have there $h!# together. I really don't understand why they take off holiday's when they don't really do any physical work.

Your service is good, but every time I have to queue for a long time. Now, the city of Pooler is developing very well. Is it possible to consider setting up a BOA ATM at the cross of Jimmy Deloach PKWY and Benton Blvd ? Or near Walmart Pooler? This is very convenient for every one, thank you:)

Very empower employees ? host was very nice but Hemita the rep that helped me, even having a mask on her face and a whole plexiglass enclosure forced me to put a mask on even after telling her it it made it hard for me to breathe ? she insisted that if I wanted service I had to sanitize my hands with her chemical and wear the mask at all times. What world are we living in. America has lost it's rights!

This banks ATM JUST robbed me of 2700 $ just deposited 3000 cash gave me receipt for 300$ cash called for help can't do anything for 2 to 7 days how bad is that someone should pay not me

I recently went to the Bank of America In pooler and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone in there was very polite and helpful. Chase helped me with my credit card and was very nice and explained everything very well. This was my first time using Bank of America and it was overall a great experience.
