Love it here! They always have my pets food in stock and they did a phenomenal job with grooming my two 70lb dogs! I’m picky about where I take my dogs to get groomed and I have no regrets with choosing this place.

My wife and I were very disappointed! Our Cavapoo got skimmed! He's a very small-framed puppy, and that's not even close to the option that was chosen.

I took my golden doodle for his first grooming and asked the groomer to keep a teddy bear face, trim his underbelly short, and leave a nice amount of hair at the top. Instead, he was shaved down completely.
When I dropped him off, I explained that I wash and brush him weekly due to my daughter’s allergies, so he wasn’t matted—only a few small spots under his chin and arms that I wanted cut short anyway. They mentioned a detangler fee, but when I picked him up, they admitted he wasn’t tangled at all.
They also implied he might need a muzzle, even though I reassured them he’s used to grooming equipment. In the end, they said he did great, but if he wasn’t matted and he did well, why was he shaved bald?
The staff were polite but condescending, and I felt ignored. He wasn’t hurt, but they did the opposite of what I asked. We won’t be going back.

We took our large dog in to get a nail trim during the walkin nail clinic. The store staff were extremely kind and friendly to both us and our pup. He normally doesn’t do well with having a nail trim, but did amazing with the groomer at the store. They truly took their time and made sure he was comfortable during our visit. We will be back!

I always have a great experience. The cashier was very helpful to a lady that needed assistance carrying a large bag of food out to her car.
The Pooler Paws kittens available for adoption are soo sweet!

Even though my little Angel was nervous and the stuff don't like to stress your animal, they are so friendly, the whole atmosphere staff are caring and concerned! We are going back so my Angel can get use to them. Thank you so much!
