Horrible customer service. How is any one in business like this at this establishment. Ask about hair and owner just threw hair on the counter stating we only have this. I’m no animal and I don’t fetch nothing. They owner is rudely unprofessional and needs to go to customer expertise school. I will not be visiting this place again. Please people pay attention to reviews and always spend your hard earned money where your appreciated and customer service is at the upmost professional. In life you get what you pay for and I refuse to be subjected to this behavior. Also I don’t need a reply by whoever because that is uncalled for anyone to be treated like that when customers are being respectful and spending their hard earned money to better your values, establishment, life. Please go where you’re appreciated it’s so many other Beauty Supply Stores with welcoming services….

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! The blatant racism is disgusting!!! We are here in Pooler visiting and needed to pick up some items from a nearby beauty supply store. The moment we walked in, my Mom and my Sister's were met with the RUDE and unprofessional behavior . She immediately came over to us and with dismissive hand gestures,, she motioned for us to move back, stating there were too many of us in that section!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE. There was an employee that stood directly behind us as we tried to shop. Because of this racist behavior, we did not spend our money there and you shouldn't either.

I could not believe the way the owner treated us! We were visiting from out of town and needed to get a few things for our trip. There were 6 of us and she came over immediately and told us too many people! My sister was offended and wanted to leave. I didn't hear her say that and I thought she was moving the display over. When actually she was moving it so that she could "Watch" us! She even had her daughter to stand directly behind us to again "Watch" us!! Enough was enough! We are not thieves and did not appreciate how we were treated!!! Do not patronize this business at all!!!!

Beth is always so very nice and helpful when I visit her store. My daughter and always find the items we're looking to buy. Prices are good as well!

I went to this establishment and said to the Hi , do you have rubber bands? The female who had red red and brown skin replied " Yes, cash only". No Hello, I am sorry we only take cash. I then said Oh my, no ATM either? I was on the phone with my cousin ( She was on speaker and expressed my frustration to her. I did say a few choice words about the situation to MY COUSIN. I had a hair appointment. The braider was 30 minutes late and when she got there, she asked ME to go to Beth's to purchase the rubber bands. I went to the car to get the 1.07 cash for the rubber bands and returned and greeted with"Why am I acting this way ?" Because YOU woman with the red hair greeted me in very rude disrespectful way. I will apologize for cussing but it wasn't towards you whatsoever. I walked away and swore as I left the establishment I ended up not buying anything and went elsewhere. I did see her poke her head out the door in my peripheral vision. Not sure what or if she was saying anything. I chose NOT to engage and drove off. Needless to say , I won't be back to Beth's. I am sure that she will remain in Business without my two cents and I wish her the best. Just will be taking my two cents elsewhere.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! The lady is beyond rude. I was looking at some hair and she snatched it out of my hand and then walked off. She also watched us as we walked around the store. There are so many other hair stores in the area that treat customers with respect. This is not one of them. Take your business elsewhere!

The hair store is decent for quick trip if you need combs, rubber bands, braiding hair and small things but doesn’t have much of a variety as other hairstores. I’ve been more than a few times enough to realize she does upcharge for products, and on top of that she is not very nice and watches you intently and will accuse you of trying to steal so i won’t be going back at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

She is very rude. I didn't mind spending the extra money on the products due to proximity to my house but at this point I'll just drive to hwy 17 which is where I prefer to go. Never again

The owner is so nasty. She always think somebody stealing. She has a million cameras so I'm pretty sure she knows who's stealing. She gives racist. I don't like this hair store and i don't recommend this hair store to anyone.

I have never stolen anything a day in my life nor have I ever witnessed such blatant racism as I did today in this store. This lady would not allow me to take my purse in the store. Grabbing and pointing to a sign that says NO BIG BAGS. Sign handwritten on the floor. She was rude and racist. As I read the comments that others have written I understand that my situation is not an isolated incident. We need to get the word out to not shop here! We are human beings and our money is good money.we need to let her feel the pain she caused us in her pockets!!

I swear the prices are sky high!! The lashes I get for 3.99 at beauty mecca are 8.99 in her store. The owner may need to secret shop these other beauty supply stores to see how they are pricing or she could potentially close business. Don’t get me wrong,she is a sweet and nice lady but sweet and nice doesn’t bring those prices down tho!!!?

Beth’s Beauty and Hair Supply in Pooler lacks customer service skills and are VERY rude and disrespectful !! Will definitely never recommend again nor spend any money there. Seems owner was offended because another paying customer questioned me and asked for my advice and assistance. Not only were we rudely interrupted several times but was told the place was not a coffee shop and to get it and go! Very distasteful!

Wish I could give 0 stars after the woman in there told me to hurry and buy while I was looking for few things to get my waves right. I felt like O-Dog on Menace II Society smh. Crazy they mostly sell products for black people but we not welcome there, go spend your money elsewhere!
