Always seem to be stocking stuff. Lots of people and pallet jacks full of stuff in the middle of aisles. The shelves are always empty but everything is sitting on the pallets in the middle of every dang aisle.... explain to me how we are supposed to shop and spend money when everything is never taken off the pallets and put away and every employee is on their phones or goofing off or nowhere to be found?! This place is a joke. Do yourself a favor, if possible.... Go to the Rincon Walmart. Typically a better crowd and more warm inviting staff. Totally different atmosphere it's like night and day. Trust me. It's worth the extra 15-20 min drive from this dump.

The return for my mirror went smoothly found a replacement quickly store was clean and stocked check out was a struggle yes I could've used self check out but they still need more than one register open so I went back to electronics of course there's never anyone back there

Ordinarily, I am emphatically against Walmart. It amazes even me that I actually have something good to say about them for once, and it’s a rave about one particular employee. My fiancé and I walked in a little after 8, not even realizing what time it was, and went to the customer service desk hoping to return an item that was delivered and incorrectly substituted. The customer service area was dark and I thought we were just out of luck, but a lovely young lady walked up and asked how she could help us. She was some level of manager, and I’m sad to say, I don’t remember her name, but she was incredibly polite and helpful and even PLEASANT as she assisted us with a return after hours. Another lady came in behind us asking if she was too late for an exchange and the manager explained that the register was closed and she could only do an even exchange for the exact same product, all the while being the most pleasant and professional employee I’ve ever seen in any Walmart across America. While my disdain for the establishment hasn’t changed, this particular employee needs to be acknowledged and appreciated. She definitely went above and beyond!

They have very bad customer service at the Walmart in Pooler Ga. I went to renew my fishing license and the computer was not working, so they don't want to work and I went to another store and they treated me very well, thank God:

Pooler Walmart was much much better this year shopping for school. Still need more inventory. But was a way better shopping experience than recent years. Way to go Pooler!!!
