Helpful, friendly staff.Unfortunately, it is lacking in extra tall and large items. My husband was able to find a few shirts, a rain jacket, and a hat.

Absolutely love hitting this place up for our ski trips. Tanger Outlet Pooler Georgia is amazing, but St Augustine needs to get on their game and stock more. Very friendly employees and amazing inventory except for a few items, but with the prices I don't doubt things get grabbed at quick.

Ryan was absolutely wonderful. I walked in ten minutes till closing and with an issue, and he still had such a great attitude and was amazing! He made my night! Thank you for having wonderful employees!

The Columbia Factory Stores always have killer prices for great outdoors clothing. But the crew working here went far above and beyond with customer service then what I have experience at many of the other ones across the region.

Just walked out of this store with my family and sitting in front of the store to write this review. Although the prices were decent and they had a military and first responders discount, while my wife and kids were in the store they were followed and “watched” making them uncomfortable and caused them to leave the store while I completed my purchase. While I was in line to pay for my purchase I over heard an employee at the check out telling the others through the radio earpiece that the person they were watching was “gone and they are good”.I am an avid customer of Columbia but this store made the experience awful and made my wife and children feel awful and uncomfortable.
