Do not waste your time heading to this location, they pick and choose the days they want to work without a sign or return time frame when its 3pm on a Wednesday afternoon. Things always happen but if you aren't considerate enough to at least put a sticky note on the door for when or if you will return. Be considerate of your customers time, lost this customer permanently. Garden City Location, super nice, efficient and made sure I was a pleased customer.

Would not transfer information from old to new phones? They did this for us in Rincon! They did this to my elderly grandparents. My poor grandma was beyond consoling over the rude ladies there. And when they and then we couldn’t figure out how to transfer everything to their new phones they had to return them. Then they said it isn’t their problem they need to switch their service back to their old phones! They went home without service at all. Two elderly people. Rincon and Pooler are different franchises. I say take your business to Rincon if you want someone to help you.

I was helping by an employee who's name is Danielle. She went over and about her call of duty by teaching me the difference in phones, how much storage I would be needing, the speed, and overall which would be must to fit my needs. She was awesome and should be paid as a top employee!!!

It is a retailer store located near the Memorial hospital in Savannah city, good prices from basic plans, the lady assistant is oroffesional and kind in the customer service I recommend this store you can find mobile phones, plans, accessories for phones, chips, and you can get good parking lot.Me gusto la atencion en esta tienda ubicado cerca al.hospital Memorial tiene todo servicio y atienden miy bien yo si recomiendo este lugar por todo.

Very very friendly and attentive staff!!! I am so so sorry if i misspelled this name but Jahquil was most definitely an asset to the store and a BLESSING to us with getting us in and out as quickly as possible. And 100 percent satisfied. We visited early afternoon on February 19th, 2022. And purchased 2 Moto G stylus 5G phones!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I've went on two separate occasions and the open sign was on but the store was locked and no one was inside. I've called customer service with absolutely no help. This is ridiculous.

Front desk lady do not know how to treat people, went with my friend, was treating him like trash! If you don’t like your job just look for another one.
