  I love the different varieties of Crocs. The atmosphere was very neat and clean. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Their aunty was shopping for their summer Crocs. All 3 of the girls found a pair of their choice. 😊 I will definitely shop there again. 💯

  Ariana the manger literally just stood in one spot by us while we shopped. I asked her if she normally follows everyone. Then it took forever to download my Tanger coupon(due to the store WiFi) which needed no barcode or anything to even use. She never offered assistance when all she had to do was see a screen. I will not return. Horrible customer service!

  Came here today and bought two pairs of crocs and the buy 13 get 13 jibitz and the staff was absolutely fantastic. We needed help finding a size 15 croc and the lady assisted us and helped us find a pair that fit perfectly. She also caught before we left that I had mistakenly grabbed a size 8 shoe instead of 6 because I misread the label and went and grabbed me the correct shoe! I’m so appreciative of her attention to detail!

  I have shopped here for my children many times and it’s been a great experience each time. I had a concern with a recent return and the assistance store manager went above and beyond to ensure I pleased my experience. She was courteous, kind, and patient. Excellent customer service and I would suggest anyone shop there.

  We had a bad experience here, I wanted to exchange some pairs of crocs my husband bought me that were too big. Never worn, but taken out of the bag then place back in once I saw the size. My husband came with me and the lady we talked to at the counter seemed like she didn’t understand English good or something, she kept saying I had to return all of it, meaning the charms that he got with them. But on the receipt they were clearly paid for. We got frustrated and just asked for a refund and that became a bigger problem, like we were annoying her. After some time of arguing, she gave us our money back. I walked out before my husband because I didn’t want to loose it on this lady. This was very poor customer service. We went for an exchange and got attitude for some reason. I will never be back in there again. I’ll just order them from Amazon or something.

  First time going to a Croc’s outlet store and it was such a great experience . The staff was amazing and very helpful.

  If I could rate 0/0 stars I would. The employees all had sour puss expressions and terrible attitudes (2-3pm on 5/27/24). They had 4 employees in the store today and every one of them was rude and unhelpful. I asked them if they still stocked the LiteRide sneakers in store. I asked the girl at the front who was clearly working the “greeter” position first. She stared at me and my brother blankly then turned around and walked past the 2 employees at the register and approached a young girl in the back of the retail area and asked our question. The young girl/manager looked confused and pointed at a LiteRide clog. I piped up and said that this was not the product and that what I was looking for had laces. Then she said, “we don’t sell what you’re looking for,” so I pulled them up on the Crocs website, where they are clearly still available and showed them to the employee/manager who then glanced at my phone for half a second and shrugged. She did not offer to order anything online and completely dismissed us at this point. Do not shop at this location. The management does not care and will not prioritize customer service. They don’t even know what they sell on their own direct website. I needed another pair of shoes and, due to how I was treated, I walked right out of the store and across to Rack Room where I purchased shoes with pleasant people.

  If you like shopping at outlets this is a must visit location. They have a lot good stores there with great offers and discounts. I was able to get a lot of my holiday shopping done here while saving time and money. There’s plenty of parking available around the outlet.
