Monika needs to be fired. She was so rude and unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to people and I will be calling the manager to make sure they hear about this unprofessional woman who DOES NOT BELONG IN CUSTOMER SERVICE.

TRUCKERS STAY AWAY!!! There is a posted sign allowing truckers to park for up to 12 hours. Imagine my DIGUST to return after less than 3 hours (to eat) and my truck was towed.
I had to pay $1105 to get my truck from Tim’s Towing. There is obviously a racket between this crooked business and Tim’s towing.
I obviously have ELD and restaurant receipt proof that I was parked less than 3 hours. But they, being NO FRIEND TO TRUCKERS, do not care. Stay away from this crooked business and their partner in crime- Tim’s Towing.
Funny enough, they do not accept credit cards or debit cards to release your vehicle, only cash and money orders. That says a lot right there.

Very nice facility. Great location for supercharging and clean bathroom BUT, we made purchases and my husband used his cup and filled it with ice and you charged .69 cents? We travel a lot and have only had to pay once for ice and that was because I got a cup. I can get that but just for frozen water where you had mounds of it sitting in the dispenser trays waiting to melt and go down the drain? Nah... If you are making purchases, ice should be free. It's a good will gesture. It's the little things that can make or break an experience.
