It was an excellent and flawless delivery pickup. I had a large order coming to my home, Wendy called ahead to confirm if I wanted the delivery there with a call ahead or come pick it up. Definitely would recommend

My package has been out for delivery for 10 days straight. What is the problem? Can you just give my package to UPS? Or maybe an Amish delivery service. Anything would be better than this.

I had a package sit for 4 weeks in this warehouse. When it finally arrived, the crate was damaged with missing pieces. Our local delivery (HHI) guy is just an absolute A-hole and always speeding through our parking lot.

FedEx is the worst. Never on time always late. I’m to the point now that if I order something and I see it’s shipped with FedEx I cancel the order. In the past 12 months I’ve had 4 orders shipped through fedex none were on time and not even a day late, but multiple days. Even now I have a FedEx order that I didn’t catch to cancel sitting ordered Nov 5 supposed to be delivered Nov 7. Nov 8 still hasn’t left Poole Ga and I’m only 157 miles away this is a horrible company, UPS deliveries always on time, Amazon deliveries always on time FedEx you never know when your stuff will arrive and it will surely never be on time.

Everyday when they come to pick up from my company they never have enough room. When I talk to someone from debatch at the savannah fedex so rude and horrible customer service.

There is a FedEx transit station or warehouse that a weekly delivery of perishables is sent from to my house in Beaufort Cty, SC. The delivery is incredibly bad. The problem is either bad management and chaos at the stop, or drivers who don’t know where they are going. For several weeks running, I can’t remember when the delivery has been on time as scheduled. Last week it was two days late and the entire delivery had to be thrown out, because people should not cook food whose refrigeration had stopped for a couple of days. This is becoming a regular thing and it is unacceptable! I cannot recommend Fed Ex to anyone, in fact I recommend you find a more reliable and responsible shipping company if you are sending something out.

I was impressed with a freight delivery I had for a very heavy pool from Amazon. I appreciated the great communication the day prior to delivery and the day of delivery. Mr Mcghee went above and beyond to get the package to my driveway. Thanks!

my mattress has been delayed for over 12 days and no straight answers from anyone. it keeps saying my package is being held here. why? they don’t give me any straight answers. my mattress was supposed to be here 7/31 it’s 8/12. and every time i try to talk to someone they say it’s been delayed by the weather or some other blatant lie. i even talked to a real person on the phone who ignored all of my questions and told me someone would contact me in 24-48 hours because she made a report. that never happened. she lied. i hate fedex from the bottom of my heart. because of them i have slept on an air mattress on the ground for over a. week. i despise fedex.

They can't find my new home to deliver a package. I've talked to 3 FedEx people and still no results.UPS, Amazon Prime and the USPS know where I live. Why can't FedEx find me.
