Whoever shops for this company, needs to be fired. No wonder Shein is killing the game! There was no greeting, and the employees that were working today clearly did not want to be there. Will continue to shop online. What a waste.

Loved this store! The young lady helped my daughter above and beyond!! It was awesome!! If you have teenagers, go here and ask one of the employees to assist her or him. She dropped whatever she was doing and searched for outfits, and my daughter loved what she picked!

I was literally just touching a shirt and miss girl comes up to me and says sweetie we are taking a picture of this stuff you can’t touch it. are you serious? how am I supposed to know that? it’s not even like I was messing anything up bc I always try my best to put things back how they were I was literally just touching the shirt that was folded on the table. how am I supposed to know “I can’t touch that” like come on it was so unnecessary and condescending. talking to me as if i’m your child when i’m literally just trying to SHOP at a STORE

I was very disappointed by this outlet location. I entered excited to make a large purchase, but unfortunately the plus section was only a few racks. In true Forever21 fashion, the employees were of no help. Most of them seemed to be training, as they trailed behind the manager. Another employee (at the cash register) told me to let myself into the fitting room after I waited for over 5 minutes with no assistance. I actually mistook the last employee for a customer, as he was strolling around the store the entire time. Turns out he was supposed to be operating the fitting room, lol! Sadly, I walked out with just one dress and a purse. For better deals and greater variety, I'd much rather shop online.

I had to run in to Forever 21 for a last minute outfit change and a lady named Sarah helped me cut my newly bought shirt at the closed register! If that ain’t Customer service idk what is!! She was so nice. Thank you!

Love my purchase. Thought I had to return the items since the fitting rooms were closed. They were perfect when I tried them on at home.

Today I went to make a return and the manager on duty (short older blonde woman with glasses) didn't greet me but instead swept the store and swept around my feet. She didn't say hello or anything and I was struggling to find a different sized skirt for my exchange. I left the area because it felt as if she didn't want me looking through the sizes. I decided that I'd rather return my items as I didn't feel comfortable contributing to their sales day. When I got to the register to make a return, the associate called this manager 3 times and she never came. When she finally showed up at the register she agin did not greet me nor say hello. She just processed the return. I told both ladies "have a great day" and neither responded to me. On my receipt the manager that processed me return has the name "Jolie" and the manager signature I will attach. I hope that I can somehow report this treatment but I know in retail it is hard to get ahold of someone about mistreatment. I plan to never shop at this location again. I've never had this type of treatment before

Neither of the two employees standing by the door greeted my family and I, however one of the two had no problem telling me I wasn’t allowed to try the hat on. Which is fine, but I just thought she wasn’t capable of speaking since we were ignored at the door.. then another employees kept turning around staring at us. I don’t know if she felt like we couldn’t follow directions, after being told not to try things on, if she thought we were stealing, or what. When I asked if there was a purpose for staring she said she was looking at a coworker.. which I as funny to me because there was actually no one even in our direction. Found exactly what we were looking for but chose not to purchase because of such terrible customer service. Will not be returning.
