Just stopped in for a few games and appliances. Alicia, one of the Mangers on Duty/Supervisors was SUPER helpful and informative. She went the extra mile (literally) to substitute and work hard at another location the day of my visit. The store was nice and clean-- a little bit cramped but merchandise is most likely rotated weekly. This was a memorable visit. Thank you, Alicia and Gamestop Team. ?

Want a job that treats you and pays well? Do NOT work for this company!
Please look for any other company for a well paying job, and it will save you from the customer base. The work environment is not meant to be a “fun gamer space.”

The manager is a vicious beast!!! Incorrectly tried telling an employee they was wrong, when they weren’t, and just resorted to cruel humiliation. I won’t support any business that treats their employees like this! Pooler GameStop needs a new manager ASAP!!! ??

Bad experience. Sign clearly stated open until 9pm… at 5:30 in the evening the door was locked with the cage pulled down over the door, and a sign out front that says closed from 5:30-6pm ON A FRIDAY! The open sign was still on and the employee was as sitting at the desk eating (clearly on break) in plain view and refused to open the door. Tried to call and they took the phone to the back room without answering and then came back out to the counter and continued to ignore the customers outside. There were 7 of us waiting to be let in… in the middle of the open operating hours. Who conducts business like this?

I just had the best experience dealing with this location. After spending hours on the phone searching for the gift at the top of my son's list, I found this location. Every store put me on hold and then eventually hung up, but not Derrik! His customer service skills were top-notch and very friendly! He reassured me that the item would be there and ready to pick up. Thank you Derrik you definitely saved Christmas this year!

This location did not participate with the early release of 2K24 on 9-7-23 at 9pm. This location closed at 9pm not allowing customers that pre-ordered the game to get their copy early. Due to it only being one person working alone.
