From what I saw, the store was maintained well. Typically, they welcome you as you walk into the store, but tonight there was no hi/bye??♀️ I was looking for a particular item but it wasn’t in stock. Left and cared on about my shopping. This store is definitely a hit or miss in every aspect.

My husband had the time of his life shopping at this GAP outlet store on the last day of our GA vacation! The associates were very helpful in our navigation of the various discounts and item sizes. The manager also let us know about the option to order items online for shipping if needed sizes were not available in the store. Lizette at the cash register was very kind and patient while processing our purchases/online orders. Overall my husband walked away with 10 items (variety of slim fit pants, t-shirts, shorts, and button-up shirts) for around $200. These items would have been double the price in our hometown. What a great shopping experience!

The customer service has deteriorated and it's a shame because I like Gap clothing for my family. However, they need a new store manager. The one they currently have makes customers feel they are an inconvenience. She is rude and unwelcoming. I over heard her tell a customer yesterday that "she doesn't have all day". As a company doing poorly right now this kind of staff is not helpful.

Since Covid, customer service has been completely thrown out the window. I wanted to purchase about 5 items, some of which had different sale prices online than in store. Asked to price match website (as I’ve done successfully at Gap) and was told they were unable to do so. I’d either have to order online or do store pick up. The manager said I could order it while in store and they’d take about 15 minutes to get the order ready, which was generous, but doesn’t seem like great customer service and is a bigger hassle than it needed to be. I get to the register, and the associate was rude after I explained the situation, and I felt at that point I’d never return to this location again. I wish these companies would act more professional and actually care about the type of people they hire to work customer service. If the goal is to make money, then why are they making it difficult for customers to purchase items? If you don’t want people to price match, then have consistent pricing both on your website and in store.

The store was late opening by about 15 mins. However, the staff was so kind, helpful and patient with my many questions. The store was clean and the sales were pretty good.
