The booking process was so easy, pricing was very reasonable compared to other local shops that charge per lobe (when did this become a thing?), and Serena was the sweetest. From the second I stepped in the door I was greeted with a friendly greeting and smile. I was a few minutes early, but she was ready. She informed me of the whole process, checked to see if my scar tissue from my previous piercing was too much or if we could re-pierce the same hole, doubled checked spacing from the earrings I had in my first hole, and cheered me on when it was all done (she even gave me a sticker, something even a 30 year old gets excited for). She thoroughly explained the aftercare and answered all of my questions.
I will definitely recommend Serena to anyone looking to get their ears pierced, and of course pop in to shop! Thank you so much, Serena!”

I had the pleasure of being helped by Hollie, and she completely elevated my visit. She treated me to the most luxurious salt scrub I’ve ever experienced—my hands have never felt softer! And the scents? Incredible. The hibiscus scent totally rocked my world.

I originally came in looking for a teacher gift, and was pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of items and price points—there really is something for everyone. While browsing, I even met a woman who said her daughter-in-law gifted her some soap bars from here, and she hasn’t touched Dove since! She described the soap bars as being “lovely”.

The store is spacious, spotless, and beautifully organized. Hollie was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and how they’re made, and gave me great recommendations. I walked in just to browse and left with a bag full of luxurious goodies and a new favorite spot.

“I sent something to a friend for her loss and the delivery guy was smoking weed at delivery. The owner Bless him reached out. I learned that it was a third party company named Roadie who supplied the delivery. This is terrible, there's no way this should be acceptable for a business. I'm adjusting review to reflect that I'd work with edibles again as long as I directly use their delivery service.”
