Whoever was working the evening of 04/12/2023 at about 7:30 was so wrapped up in his very loud conversation that he ignored everyone in the store. When I initially walked in he was at the front door but immediately turned and walked away without saying anything. He continued walking away and went to the back. I grabbed my vitamins and went to the register and waited for him to come back. When he finally did show up he was still speaking to his buddy on the phone and just picked up the vitamins and started to ring them up. At this point he still has not said a word to me or the other customer in the store. He said nothing to me until I said "I changed my mind, I don't want them". He very loudly said "then why did you pick them up then!". We exchanged words while he was at the register and me at the front of the store. I hope the owner gets this type of behavior by his employees fixed.

The owner is pushy on product without even knowing my situation. Boasts about his knowledge. He made me feel stupid for making a purchase just because he wanted money. If you are new to the health/fitness industry, go to the vitaminshoppe. You will get incorrect information at GNC.

So, I just moved to the Pooler area at the beginning of the year. I am so use to your "typical" GNC. Where they upsale you every time. I haven't had this experience at this location. They have all been wonderful!During there super sale back around July, they were raffling off a TV for a charity. My boyfriend supports the charity since his mom had to use one of the shelters when he was a kid. So, he purchased anywhere between 10-20 tickets.When he's called about if a winner was chosen, the staff doesn't seem to know when a winner will be chosen. He wanted to give the TV away to his mom, because it would remind her what she overcame. Since it's been nearly 6 months, he would like his money back since it seems like the tv won't be raffled off like it was intended.It just hurts that this raffle is taking nearly 6 months for a donation.I'll update my post if there is a date for the tv to be released, or what we would have to do to get his money back.

I walked in and Im looking around because I wanted to purchase something that is pregnancy safe. Well I look up and see I’m guessing the manager with the tattoos glued to his phone and did not offer nor acknowledge me while I was in there. I stood looking for a few more seconds and I left. I’ve been to a different location where they were super helpful and helped guide me to where I needed to be. Honestly, I don’t trust that place…..

As a frequent shopper at this location and normally huge advocate for the company and this location . I am deeply saddened, a few months ago I participated in the fund raiser for the women’s shelter. The owner was raffling off a tv and all the proceeds were to go to the women’s shelter but it’s been 2 months, and still I’ve been in and the tv and raffle is still going on and when I call they say it’s now till the end of December . When I asked about it the owner said the charity wanted the promotion to go in longer but didn’t know when the drawing date would be . So are the proceeds truly going to the women’s shelter or is this another franchisees looking for a free tax write off. I’ve asked if I could get my money back due to the lack of transparency of the raffle date, I’d rather just donate directly to the charity so at least I know they are actually getting it .

Hello Steven. This is Sarahbeth. i left a review last night after this horrible experience I had with your manager. seems like i wasn’t the only one with problems yesterday as you are talking about a completely different person. The manager never greeted me nor the person I was with. I did not try to use a military discount as i’m not in the military so there goes the manager lying again as other comments has stated he is a liar. The customer is always right no matter what and that sir will be the down fall to your business. i wasn’t rude nor did i complain when i was in there. i know i will never shop there again and i’m letting others know how terrible this place is. hey but atleast he gave us a free cookie bar with over a $200 purchase.
