Not a renter but a auction buyer one of the smoothest processes i’ve had going to get my unit property was easy to navigate and the manager on site austin hunted down carts and brought them over to me to help the process and gave us plenty of time to empty everything out awesome customer service!

First time renting at the public storage on park ave climate control unit was a must for me. Got on the property and immediately ran into Austin who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped ease my move in tremendously as well as having a great conversation and it not feeling like a business transaction but talking to a friend 10/10 service will recommend to my friends and family

Property is somewhat clean, depending on the day. Access to the property is easy and available all day and night. Be aware, there is not a property manager that accessible. The property manager manages another location and “oversees” this property. If you have an issue—good luck! Public Storage chat online doesn’t even have a valid number for the manager.

Dana was such a HUGE help and she was very nice and patient with me in the entire process of getting my unit. She was a delight to talk to and very knowledgeable at her job. If you ever go to the Public Storage in Statesboro and you see Dana just know you’re in good hands!

DO NOT RENT HERE. I got a storage unit at $142 monthly. My second month went up to $168 my fourth month went up to $226?!? I called to ask why it keeps raising, they said supply and demand.. mhm okay. Dropped the price to $198 for one month just to go back to $226 the following month. The dumpsters are locked off so you can’t throw anything away. I was told if we did throw anything away it would be a $500 fee. There’s also never any real people there to talk. This place absolutely sucks. Would give negative stars if I could

They had a reservation and a storage unit, but on the move in day they changed the price alleging that the price that i made the booking was no longer available. They did not respect the reservation i believe as they wanted to charge more. I had no choice but never again

I rented a storage that was too small for me. when I got there to receive it I asked if I can get an upgrade to a bigger size, they accommodated me with no problems. I will continue to use Public storage whenever I’m in need.

When looking for a perfect unit go see Brittany Ford over at Public storage. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond to assist u with the unit you need. She didn’t try to upscale me on anything , straight to the point. Brittany is very friendly and charismatic and knowledgeable while helping in the process. The place is very clean and kept neat.
Don’t waste ur money or time anywhere else go over at public storage and make sure u ask for Brittany Ford years of experience
