Both staff and the other athletes are very friendly. Great place for all- from seasoned athletes to people who are trying to start their fitness journey.”

“It's a gym, no frills no gadgets, it's straight forward. I'm referring to the Pooler location only, I've not been to any of the other locations yet. There are four different areas to workout in, 4++ stationary bikes, 3 ellipticals, 2 stair masters, 4+ treadmills, free weights, smith machines, punching bag, men's and women's locker rooms with showers, 2 tanning beds, and more. The people who go here are friendly and it's a lil community, relatively no drama. It's clean, for the most part people rerack their weights, with the exception of those lazy few. I'm rarely there when the staff are, but they seem nice when I've interacted with them. I love that our trainer who also belongs to this gym can train us here too! As a female, I've had no issues, iykyk. I really enjoy it here and have no complaints.”
“Getting back into a real gym (post covid) & planet fitness wasn’t doing it for me. This place was recommended to me by a friend & I love it. It’s small but bigger than what I had imagined. Lots of weights and equipment. Not too busy during the times I go. Super friendly and amazing staff.”
“I love OTF. Visited this studio a few times…it’s very small but coaches and staff are great. Te is one of the best - the “Te talks” are a beautiful touch when you’re dying on the treadmills and rowers”
