I had a great experience at Harbor Freight in Pooler, thanks to Timothy Lucas! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I left with the right tools for the job. It’s rare to find customer service like this nowadays, and it definitely made my visit a great one. I’ll be coming back for sure—highly recommend asking for Timothy if you need assistance!

Nice to finally have a pooler location. I’ve stopped in countless times and will continue to come back. Well stocked and always some kind of discounts.
The Hercules line of tools is very impressive and a very affordable for high quality cordless tools.

Went in to get a razor knife as my wife and I were walking around the first aisle 2 asset protection guys started following us and proceeded to follow us throughout the entire store. It was a very uncomfortable experience to the point I put my stuff I was buying down and walked out

I went into Harbor freight about 8:15 AM in Pooler, Georgia. I was not happy with the customer service as I approach a group of three employees having a conversation. I had to say good morning three times and waved my hands back-and-forth to get some acknowledgment. Then Kay said to me we’re busy will get with you in a moment and aggressive way. I replied why ignore me then why not say give me a moment the first time I try to get y’all attention. The other two employees were not facing me to see me so I understand but the one employee Kay was looking at me the whole time while I was saying good morning three times and waving my hands. She is very disrespectful and I didn’t have anything to do with her treating me this way all I said was good morning in a nice way. Then the other employee asked me what did I need an older woman. I told her I was looking for a sander where I can send my floor. She replied that that they don’t sell that there that I will have to go to Ace Hardware or Home Depot. So I begin to look around the store myself and found a sander that would work perfect. Being a dark skin, black man and being treated like this in public by white people is really weird. I’ve been going to the Harbor freight in Southside Savannah for years never had any problems like this, but now that I moved to Pooler, I started using this store. I strongly feel that this needs to be investigated because people should not be treated this way going into a public professional establishment to spend their hard earned money no matter what their nationality is.

Harbor Freight has definitely come a long way from there throw away tools. Good selection and prices. Will continue to drive the distance to purchase my tools.
