Went in to buy a edger and it took 20 mins just to find someone to open the cage to get one. Then I went to buy some porch lights and couldn’t find anyone to get one of three lights off the storage shelf. I finally found someone and they said they would call someone over. 10 mins of waiting and we just left the store completely. Horrible staffing.

Extremely rude employees. I asked for help trying to get wire that is locked up and one guy just complained about how hard it is to get the key. Then I’m checking out. There is 4 people on their phone at the pro check out. I asked if I could check out at another computer were a girl was on her phone and she said no. Worthless employees!

The fact that you have a huge pothole on the main stretch in front of your store without any cones to warn drivers tells me; your employees hate their jobs and that "not my job" is a contagious problem at this store. I'll stick to Lowe's, at least they'd have grabbed a cone from their own aisle to keep their customers from severe damage to their vehicles. This pothole isn't visible since the rain concealed it.
