super kind cashier!! they were really understanding when my nephew was trying to select something but was getting anxious. they said I'd get a survey in my email but I never got one, if I had, Hailey would've gotten a 10!

I enjoy going to the Pooler location for Funko drops, but lately they haven't been on top of it. When they post items for the following morning they are not posting the amount they're going to have. I don't live in Pooler and can't afford to make a 100 mile round trip for nothing. Personally, I feel this is because the employees are buying them up before their customers get a chance to. I feel this way because the other day I called at opening regarding a drop to find out that a chase Pop had been purchased the day before its release date. Not right or fair to their customers.
