Cost us $600 - married, filing joint, no kids
I was told I had to pay my GA state tax myself online. They did not give me the proper information to access this and I was told I had to come back in to get that information. Came back in and it turns out that information was incorrect and it could all be done through auto withdraw of our bank account.

Although it is expensive to use this service, everything is taken care of for you once you submit all of your tax forms, 1099's, etc. You can file online or make an appointment with an agent in one of their locations near you. They will let you know if there is any other information they need. Otherwise, they'll figure out everything, then you can go ahead and approve your return and pay anything that may be due. You can have payments taken out of and/or put into your checking account automatically. Everything about the service is easy and convenient.

Raquel is the best! I don’t know a thing about taxes and she explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel so much better about the whole process. I will absolutely be going to her again next year.

Absolutely awful!!!! The lady who did my taxes was going so fast I had to stop and correct her because she marked me as single even though I’m married. She didn’t think to ask me if I was married because I came by myself. Didn’t ask me a lot of questions that would have made a big difference in my refund. She didn’t let me deduct anything that was very much valid. The whole reason I went to H&R Block instead of turbo tax is because I bought a home and moved so bigger things happened last year and I told her that and she didn’t ask a single question about moving costs, my house, anything that could have helped with the tax refund. DO NOT GO HERE!! Save your money and your time. They are unprofessional and do not care about you.
