“Went into the Kay Jeweler store (#2811) in Pooler, GA, looking for a gift for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. Had a pair of stud earrings in mind as the sales associate, Gail, showed me what was available. I did not see what I wanted, so I asked if there were any white sapphire earrings in stock. She said she had white sapphire earrings that a customer placed online, but did not like them once she saw them in the store. They had not been placed on display yet, but if I would like to see them she could show them to me. Based on the description I gave her of what I was looking for, she said these earrings might be a match. When Gail showed me the earrings, I agreed with her; they were perfect and the price was well within budget for what I was willing to pay.

I appreciate Gail’s friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness as I described the type of birthday gift I wanted for my daughter. She represents one of the reasons why I still continue to shop at Kay Jewelers time after time. Thank you.”

“Our 6 year old wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. We made an appointment online, it was super easy. We did arrive late due to traffic, but they were still able to accommodate us. Neveah is the young lady that pierced our daughter's ears. She explained everything to her (our daughter). Our daughter did cry, and did not want the second ear pierced. But Neveah was 100% patient with her and waited for her to calm down before doing the 2nd ear.
