Came to this Mavis since the other one has a 2 hour wait. The service desk was nice and we came for a simple oil change. It only took 30 minutes but down the road in a parking lot we noticed that all the oil was on the ground. They were almost closed by that time, and we had to get it towed and come back the next day. The drain plug just wasn't screwed on properly. Could have been a lot worse if we didnt catch it.

Divine our mechanic was amazing! He looked at our Jeep right away, found the problem, and fixed it in no time! He is extremely knowledgeable and hardworking, look for him when coming here. He is a GEM!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. I had first been by two competitors: the first was not able to fix my flat and the second did not seem interested in performing the work needed. I came in unannounced on a Sunday morning and within a very short period of time, the staff had me fixed up and good to go. They were very courteous and polite. Job well done!!

Great place to go to! My brother and cousin always goes here to service their cars. My splash guard/shield started scrubbing on the ground, so the first place I can think of was this place. Even though this isn't something that they normally would fix, they still took the time out to reattach it to my car to stop the scrubbing! This is my first time having my car serviced here, but it won't be my last. Definitely come here, if you want to be helped by people that care versus people who don't!

Came in this morning, with a leaking tire on my rental car. They got me in within 10 mins and quickly found the issue and took care of me!
Very convenient location right off Pooler Pkwy! I also love the convenience of the self serve air, when you just need a little bit.
Don't ever want tire issues, but if/when I do and I'm in Pooler, I'll continue to come to Mavis!! Very helpful a d really good customer service!

Always a pleasure coming here. Have got my tires rotated, aligned, and general diagnostic ran all for an affordable price especially in this economy. Great customer service and staff friendliness all round. Ask for Tommy when you go in, he gone get ya straight!
