It’s hit or miss with the shopping experience here. I’ve been in the store at least five times and some of the sales people leave a lot to be desired. I ended up doing most of my shopping online.

We had the most positive experience at La-Z-Boy in Pooler, GA. Our associate, Peggy, was knowledgeable and helped us order exactly what we wanted. The whole staff was friendly. The designer helped me find a lovely rug, and the manager was helpful and kind. Best furniture purchasing experience we’ve ever had. Very thankful for all their help!

I expected better quality with the purchase of my recliner from la-z-boy but I say not. I ordered a chair and we received it 8 weeks later which was not the issue. It was delivered on 0ctober10 and within 5 days the remote stopped working. A day later the chair itself stopped working. I needed the chair for several reasons. I had abdominal surgery yesterday and I start home dialysis in 3 weeks. The repair guy showed up today and said he cannot fix it and has to order parts. This will take about 3 weeks and than we have to call and schedule another appointment. Paying nearly $2000 for the recliner and having these issues shows the poor quality of la-z-boy furniture.

I came to the LaZboy store in Pooler, GA and my shopping experience was superb, Richard (Lee) was awesome with helping me get the best possible Deal. He really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care from the time I entered from helping me find the right chair to making sure I had the right protection plan.

Our shopping experience at La-Z-Boy was great. We were greeted by the salesman, Scott Smith. We shared we were shopping for new recliners and wanted to look around the store and test some out. He gave us the space we needed to browse, sit in some of the recliners, and was available to answer our questions when we were ready. It was so nice to be able to browse at our leisure without feeling pressured.Scott gave us some points to consider when we left the store to look at some other furniture stores.We ultimately made the decision to purchase 2 recliners from La-Z-Boy based on the lifetime warranty provided on the mechanisms of the chairs, the quality, and the great shopping experience provided by Scott. I highly recommend asking for Scott and shopping at La-Z-Boy.Michelle Barrett

Terrible experience all the way around! Spent over 5 hours total in store on an over $10,000 order. Paid in full and now we are getting notifications that we still owe $7,000. Associates nice but do not know their products or systems well. We will never do business here again.

I can’t wait. So excited! I’m getting a new couch from La-Z-Boy. Their quality is specifically what I was reaching for. I’m tired of furniture stores with furniture that will only last 4/5 years. Not here. Thank you beautiful associates for guiding me into the look I wished to achieve in my home space!

Went into this store looking for a new reclining sofa. There wasn't anyone at the door to greet anyone, so we went ahead and looked around and sat on several sofas. None of the employees came over to offer any assistance as multiple employees walked by. None of them said hello or even anything to the effect that someone would be with us...NOTHING! We were in the store for over a 1/2 hour and no acknowledgment whatsoever. We went over to areas where there were employees, and while they did appear busy, they should be at least saying hello, and/or saying something to us to let us know we would eventually be helped (I.e. will be with you shortly or something of the nature). We ended up walking out and it ended up being a wasted 30+ minutes in the store plus the 30 min drive to Pooler and back. There were only two sofas we liked and was ready to purchase one of them, but we were never waited on, but it must have been for the best as we found something we liked even better at another furniture store.

Over 40 minutes in the store looking at furniture no one acknowledged my wife and I. No one seemed to care. I refuse to beg for someone to help us. We will spend our hard earned money somewhere else. Ridiculous
