We had a truly incredible experience with Logan's! To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. The food was amazing, and portions generous. We had 100 very pleased football players and we can't thank them enough for their efforts!

Ordered steak and shrimp. Steak was cold. Sent back. Got it back , and I couldn't get the shrimp off the skewer. Sent that back. Got that back, and had lost my appetite. Still had to pay for it.

Food was alright. Nothing to complain about or brag about. Service was great. Our server made sure we had everything we needed in a timely manner.

We ordered a 12oz new york strip cooked medium and it was rare, ordered their mac and cheese it was boxed and absolutely inedible. Then another member of our party ordered the 8oz sirloin medium rare with a salad and sweet Potato the salad looked like soup. It was so watery the sweet potato wasn't cooked all the way. And they failed to tell us that they was out of the 8oz sirloin. Just gave her what they did instead of asking her if she would like something else. Next was their fall of the bone ribs. They was so tough and dry that you couldn't eat them. The fries was cold. We ordered 3 different drinks from the bar and they was all gross. Spoke with a manager who was very rude and blamed everything on our server who was doing as well as she could. They don't communicate with their servers that they are out of products. Don't waste your money going there. It isn't worth a penny. Such a horrible experience.

Worse service ever our waitress was to busy visiting with her friends other waiters had to help us and even the hostess. Steaks were not cooked correctly, couldn't even bring us tea and water. I did speak to the manager she was very nice. I have eaten at other Logans and been pleased. This was a horrible dinning experience.

My family and I attended Logan's for dinner. We were seated immediately because it was not very busy. Even though it was not very busy, it took our waitress a while to make it over to take our drink orders. When she finally did make it over, she got our drink orders and out order for two appetizers. She brought the drinks out and we placed our orders. It took a while for our appetizers to arrive. My husband needed a refill on his drink and it took her a while to bring it back. When he needed another drink, it took her a while to bring it back. As a matter of fact, one of the managers walked past the table and saw we needed refills and made it back with them before she did. My husband asked for a medium well steak. It came out well. My daughter's chicken tenders had a piece of hair on it. It had to go back. Then, when we were ready to leave and asked for to go boxes, it took her over 10 minutes to bring them back. Someone else walked by the table and we had to get him to bring the to go plates. We were talking rally unsatisfied with the waitress. My husband ended up calling back up there to complain to the manager. Q

My Country Fried Steak was either cooked in old grease or the meat was bad. Complained to the Waitress twice and she never offered a Correction or replacement. WAS NOT EDIBLE. Then still charged me. One of my co-workers complained about her salad, they replaced it with a salad half the size of her first one and the second one was just as bad. DO NOT EAT HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY. THEY DO NOT CARE

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Roadhouse restaurant! The service was great but the food was not. I had my team with me and was a let down. The steak was dry and tough. The rolls that I love so much was not the usual. It was some store brought stuff that didn't measure up to the original.I will not go back to this location, ever.

Got seated right away, but that’s the only good thing. The server we had was horrible you could tell she was mad just to be there. We waited 20 minutes for a server only to have one come up and said here are you fried pickles. I told her they were not ours because we haven’t even been waited on yet. She left and we waited another 10 mins before someone came to take our drink order, 15 mins later we got our drinks, (coke & water) ,and before she could run off we said we were ready to order. 35 mins later our food arrived the fried mushrooms were greasy and over fried. My steak tasted funny and my husband got the turf but not surf part of his surf & turf. So almost an hour and a half later we declared the meal a colossal failure. Will definitely NOT be going back.

Second time we have visited the Pooler location and ended same way as the first time! We were greeted and seated promptly, but then after several minutes at the table, no server came to the table. Servers walked slowly past us but not one greeted us or offered to get us any beverages, and no the restaurant wasn't that busy! We have relatives in food service and understand being in the middle of a rush, and there was no rush, just a lack of customer service when staff walk past our table and two others. After several more minutes we decided to leave and as we were leaving, the other customers that were seated after us left also! Like I mentioned, this was the second time we visited giving the first experience the benefit of the doubt of it being a one of type situation, and unfortunately it was not! We do not recommend!

We arrived about 845pm and ordered our food, was told them that there were no rolls, which was a reason we chose to go, also didn’t offer any kind of bread or toast to go with our meal. Was told that the dough didn’t rise so they had to throw it all away. Food was good, but really believe that they just didn’t expect too many people would be coming in and didn’t want to make more.

Logan's has a rustic interior, not for those forks that like dinning in fancy surroundings. We ordered a Roadhouse burger and Meatloaf dinner. The burger was moist and well cooked and the meatloaf was tasty, two nice pieces. We will definitely go there again.
