I absolutely love this nail salon!! Kayson is my go to on any of my nails & I have been going to her for years! Every time I go to get my nails or toes done, she goes absolutely above & beyond. Her services she does is everything & more. She is very professional & gets you in & out in a very timely manner. She is also the sweetest person & will make sure you love your time spent with her each time you go more & more! This place is amazing & the best place you could go to for a relaxing nail day! 🥰

My daughter and I were trying to get mani pedi and I needed facial waxing. They said they could only fit in the pedi. I decided to upgrade our pedis to hot stone massage since we couldn't do the rest. We were rushed through and the massage was about two minutes. Not worth an additional $20 each that's for sure. And my feet aren't even soft but at least my toes look decent. If you go make an appointment or expect subpar service.
After scrolling through other reviews I had a feeling I would get a pissy response from you. I am amazed with your horrible attitude that you're still in business. You definitely won't ever get another dime from me nor anyone I know. You didn't deserve the $100 plus tip I spent that's for sure. I had given you a fair 3 out of 5 but thanks to your rudeness I've lowered it to what you truly deserve.

This is my go-to nail salon. The salon itself is spotlessly clean. The ladies here have made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. I’ve had my nails done by Dang, Do, and Christine, and friends who also frequent the salon rave about Kasson and Kimberly as well. They’ve built a loyal clientele, so I highly recommend making an appointment to ensure you get the best service.

I have been going to Orchid Nail since 2015.
I have had services completed by all of the techs. I would recommend them all for whatever you are needing. They are more like family to me now than just a place to get your nails done.
They are professional and they all take pride in their work. My suggestion for anyone is to make an appointment because they are always busy! They do their best to work around all schedules.

My daughter and I love coming here. Miss Dang and Miss Do are amazing! Their staff is Always friendly and welcoming. I am always happy with their work after each visit. Cant find a better place than here!

I am so glad a few months ago I decided to give this business a try. I didn't have an appointment but the owner told me she would be able to take me in an hour. I came back at the allotted time and we discussed what I wanted. The out come was great. All of the ladies in there were friendly and when my husband came to get a pedicure they welcomed him right in also. We now both go there on a regular bases.

My mother and I have been going to Orchid Nail Spa in Pooler for at least six years. These ladies have become family. They do a great job everytime. I was so relaxed after today's manicure and pedicure that I took a nap when I got home. Love these ladies.

I love this nail spa! I've been using these wonderful ladies for years and they have never let me down. Even when I was living in South Carolina I would travel to Orchid Nail. That's how good they are. They are not only friendly and courteous they are perfectionist. I've never been as happy with any other spa.

My wife has been going here for years, and always has an excellent service experience. As to the negative review by Dee R, make an appointment, they operate a professional salon by appointment only. If you can't be bothered to follow their business rules and expect them to cater to your whims, that doesn't make them rude. Just because someone holds you accountable and you don't like it don't lash out like a spoiled child.
