“I went in the shop in hopes of decluttering my home with all the “junk” I had with me, and the staff were nothing short of helpful and nice even though I’m sure it was overwhelming! This was my first ever pawn shop experience and I was slightly intimidated, but they carefully went over all of my items, gave me a price I was satisfied with, and cashed me out. If I ever need a pawn shop again, I won’t be going elsewhere!”

“Only ever had one issue with purchasing, been doing business with them for years. If they can resolve the product they sold me is faulty and do a refund, I will give 5 stars. Don't listen to the 1 stars. Most always has been a great experience for me. Remember, it isn't a mom & pops owned shop; it is a chain and to pawn or sell you might get less than doing it yourself or going to a private pawn shop. Great deals on guns, for tools you might want to look elsewhere (occasional good finds, but lots they probably should scrap). Electronics hit or miss, they probably need to hire a tech but I dont blame them. Never bought jewelry here and wouldn't btw, common sense.”
