Always some stupid limit on products. Stock your shelves and shut up. If you don't have enough frozen vegetables, then fire whoever it is who can't figure out how to order enough. If it's not meat, it's drinks, or vegetables, or toilet paper. Get your act together.

Not happy at all with a cake order I placed! The first pic is what I ordered, the 2nd is what I received. If I hadn’t had such a long and exhausting day, I would have complained at the time. I didn’t have time for them to redo it anyway. Very, Very Dissatisfied!!!

I love Publix but not the deli at Blue Moon Crossing - preordered at 10:20 for 11. Got there at 11 and nothing was ready so did my shopping for 40 minutes and still nothing was in the pick up area - went to counter where I stood for 5 minutes before asking if someone could check on my order- I was told it would be a minute which I know is not true because a pound of meat and cheese takes more than a minute which is why I preorder! So the deli manager saw me talking and walked past me and customer service and cashiers could only tell me “sorry” as well, but sorry doesn’t get me my meat and cheese!

Publix pharmacy sent a text to my phone stating that my blood pressure medication would be refilled on the 26th of June. I stopped by the Pharmacy while shopping, and was told that my prescription was not filled and someone from my Doctors office should have called me and advised me that I needed to come into the office. I stated that no one called and that I have been out of my medication for two days now, my fingers are swollen and asked if I get a few pills until Monday, since today is Friday after 6:00. I was told no, go to immediate med and get a prescription for a refill. Thanks for caring Mr. Pharmacist, when I do get a refill, I will be switching pharmacies, I’ve been with Publix for years, disappointed.

Never fails, Always out of multiple items on my list when I go In. Staff isn't as friendly as the other pooler location. I go to this location because it is convenient. I will drive the extra distance to the pooler parkway location so that I can get all my items in one stop

I love shopping at your blue moon location, in Pooler GA. The staff is definitely amazing. I have 2 children who are autistic and love the cookie from the bakery. The deli is always busy, but the food is well worth the wait. I will never buy a steak & cheese sub from anywhere else! We will be back soon!!

I really had trouble marking this because I do love the store and the people. But it honestly has no Wi-Fi it drains your battery and you can't even get to your digital coupons that brings you to that store. If they were to fix it I would give them a five however I have mentioned it many times and I hear other customers also saying the same thing. I am hoping that they will fix it so I don't end up going to another Publix

I couldn't be more thankful for this Publix . They are always so sweet ! The deli and seafood ladies are always so patient with me . It was just me and the baby so I had the car seat in the buggy , the bag girl bagged my groceries , put them in another buggy and helped me out !!! So amazing and helpful .

As Publix customers for years we were happy when the Blue Moon Crossing opened. It is very convenient. Yesterday I ordered two rotisserie chickens to be picked up at 5:30. My husband is there now and was told they wouldn't be done until around six. Then why take our order and phone number and not call us. We have been in that store at least three times. I believe we will continue to shop at the Pooler Marketplace where we are treated like family. Very disappointed!
