visited this store on 7/19 and had the most amazing experience from a sweet younget girl named Kayla i believe . she was SO helpful & patient as i was so Indecisive!

We were in rack room at Tanger yesterday which was incredibly busy. I witnessed a guy harassing the manager and employees. Apparently, a Hispanic couple wanted a price match from another store with the difference roughly $35 dollars less. The employee and manager explain that store policy could not let them honor such a significant price difference which is understandable. The gentleman in question (Cody Kendall) told them they are wrong. He was rude, aggressive and disrupted customers trying to check out and was told to leave. Security should have been notified and ban him from Tanger. Behavior was unacceptable. The manager and employees handled the matter professionally and knowledgeable of their store policies.

While at your establishment, I observed a Hispanic couple who seemed to have difficulty communicating in English, being subjected to what I believe was unfair treatment. The price of an item they were purchasing did not match the posted sale price. Despite bringing this discrepancy to the attention of the manager on duty, they were informed that the price could not be matched due to the difference being too significant and that the store had failed to remove the incorrect pricing sticker. Unfortunately, the couple, not fully understanding the situation, proceeded with the purchase.
In an effort to address this issue and ensure that corrective action could be taken, I requested the name of the manager so that I could report the incident at a later time. However, instead of providing me with the information, the employee in question shared the manager's name and abruptly instructed me to leave the premises.
As a loyal customer of Rack Room, I must express my disappointment with the lack of customer service exhibited in this situation. It is disheartening to witness individuals being taken advantage of due to language barriers and then to receive such dismissive treatment when attempting to address the matter.
I trust that Rack Room values its customers and prides itself on providing a positive shopping experience for all. Therefore, I kindly urge you to investigate this incident, provide appropriate training to your staff regarding customer service protocols, and take the necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.

I was sold two different shoes so I had to go back and two young ladies one the store manager and they were so sweet and I had such a great experience at the store and I got a new pair of shoes with only having to pay 9 dollars
