I just left Rack Room shoes in search of some summer sandals. I went to tj maxx and Ross first but they didn’t have any that I liked so I’m glad I came and I got TWO sandals for 45 dollars! It’s a steal. I’m definitely coming back tomorrow when I get paid. Dion was my sales associate/ manager and he was fast, patient and professional. Definitely will be back.

Very unprofessional. Dion is the rudest customer service representative. Should not be working customer service if you don't have patience.

Customer service is everything.. when someone walks in the store saying “Hello” or sharing a smile goes a long way.. I walked in & didn’t feel welcome. Didn’t even say anything as I walked out door. Crazy.

The assistant manager was so rude and I almost didn’t want to shop. If it had not been for school starting , I would had. Almost wanted to send someone at her.

It was easy to find the shoes. The place was clean and staff was friendly. The only thing that I have to say bad is that with my son's BRAND NEW shoes only ONE shoe lit up and they are new.Other than that this place is a good place to buy shoes just make sure that everything is the same for both shoes before you buy. Double check.

The store doesn't respond to any of these messages. It's a good location so I guess they can get away with it. Only found 2 pairs of shoes in a size 13. Who are they catering to the lollipop Guild? Girl at the register greeted me when I walked in floor associate walked past me 5 times never even looked up.

If you buy shoes often they have a great rewards program. We saved $15 off my sons pair of shoes
