The name red wing sells itself I literally sleep in these boots they are the most Comfortable boots that I’ve put on since I started walking 39 years ago but I’m not here today to talk about that what I’m here today to talk about the people that work at red wing two peoples names That will forever be etched inside my heart and soul is Natasha and her liaison. Abby these two women went far beyond my expectations. And dreams they did everything but rub my feet to make sure I was Comfortable in my new pair of boots that kind dedication and commitment in making the customer happy is something you just don’t see anymore so thank you, Natasha will definitely be telling everybody that I know how great and awesome your store is

You’ll not find better customer service than with this group of people, Rob specifically, but im sure being the manager he has assembled an excellent staff as well! Im 4 hours away from home out of town and he went above and beyond to make sure i had what i needed for my work trip! In a way that is unheard of and unmatched this day and time! If and when i ever need a pair of redwings, i will make sure it is from this store when the purchase is made based soley off of his actions! Thanks Pooler Crew!

Phenomenal purchasing experience with everyone here. Rob, Abbey, Natasha, and Justin were excellent at helping me find boots that fit me and my work requirements. Exchanges were smooth and easy when something didn't fit quite right. They even stayed open late on a Saturday for me because my shift was running late. I cant recommend these people enough.

Looks like they have a great selection of boots, employees clearly work for commissions and one wouldn’t help me because the other was the first to help. Stood around for 30 minutes and no help

I love them! Wasn't sure about the non shoelaces but they are amazing. I can put my boots on without using my hands. Then you just tighten the dial and it's a wrap
