Overall the experience shopping was okay until it was time to checkout. The associate was very unprofessional, rude and seems to be extremely racist against Latinos. I was polite and respectful, I said Hello and she completely ignored me. Barely made eye contact and when she did it was with disgust. Even after she returned my change she turned around not handing me a receipt. I was still courteous saying thank you and asking for my receipt (at this point I was completely confused by such an unprofessional and what seemed to be hateful for no reason interaction). She said it was there. There meaning it was attached to the register for me to grab my self. I watched her with the following customers she was still dry but she handed them their receipts with no problem (they weren’t Latinos though). It’s sad some people can’t have simple basic manners and go about life so miserably. I wouldn’t suggest this store to anyone.

Good finds. Probably the longest Ross line I've ever waites in with only 1 and then 2 cashiers . Brenda was nice.

This Ross is always such a mess, so unorganized. Going to check out and there was only one poor cashier by herself with a line full of 14 people…also went back to return something a couple days after and the lady doing the refund Tracey seemed so annoyed having to even be there working but I understand we all have our days. Just hate seeing workers having to be the only one working with such a high volume of customers.

I've never really been to a Ross until this time and there were some excellent deals! I got a shower brush and some mothers day gifts all at very competitive prices.

I left my charger at home and needed another quickly to use my GPS, it was a quick run in, run out process. The register attendance were very nice and helpful.

The worst Ross store I've ever been to. Everything is in disarray. Many shoes in the shoe section are beeping. It's truly chaotic that it makes me not want to buy anything. There's a TJ Maxx nearby. It's a bit better over there.
