The worst Ross store I've ever been to. Everything is in disarray. Many shoes in the shoe section are beeping. It's truly chaotic that it makes me not want to buy anything. There's a TJ Maxx nearby. It's a bit better over there.

There was one register and employees doing nothing. I put my stuff down after going through the hassle of trying stuff on because the line was so long and nobody seemed to care.

Understaffed, messy, always a long line wrapped around the cash wraps!

Bad service, horrible conditions. Emergency door and fire extinguishers block! They need some more training.

The manager that was working Christmas Eve was so unprofessional. Yelling all on the intercom trying to close the store before 6pm or even 5:45 pm, just to get the customers attention. She went as far as turning off half the lights in the store to try and get PAYING customers out the door. Granted I’m sure everyone was ready to spend time with their families BUT PAYING CUSTOMERS keep the direct deposits rolling AND the lights on.

Went in evening & store looked like a tornado had went through it. There was more on floors than shelves. I felt very sorry for workers having to straighten it up.
