Made my appointment online. Followed all the steps and answered all the questions that it wanted. Tech shows up with the wrong glass. I call the local business in Garden City, GA and the one that answers the phone was very rude, horrible customer service. She says that the questions I answered, I answered wrong! How do I do that when I have the VIN number and I answered every question that was asked not “askted” as she said. I recommend not using this ghetto business and take it to a real auto dealer or body shop. BUT if you have to I suggest not using the online booking option or you may get the same situation as I did.

Made appointment two days ago for a 9 :30 appointment for 3/9/2024 and they requested to leave the vehicle. I advised no rush I could pick up the following Monday if need be. Due to bad weather wasn't able to arrive till 10:02. The young lady who I thought was rude said you missed your appointment and would have to make another. The vehicle was being dropped and there was no rush so why the need for another appointment if they could keep the vehicle for whatever was needed. 45 years I worked in the insurance and auto repair business. This place is a joke. What happened to customer service. Will be contacting Statefarm and their Lynx glass program to file complaints.

Friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with my windshield repair. The Technician Mr Ron is professional and experienced. He explained the entire process from assessing the windshield damage to the expected outcome after repairs. I would recommend this Safelite Auto Glass shop for your automotive window repair

The first two times I came, the windshield had defects that they noticed before installing (noticeable dirt in the glass and torn off heating leads). They were noticeable enough they suggested I not have them installed and instead order a new one. The third time, they assured me they would inspect the windshield before I showed up. They did not and tried to reuse the first windshield that had defects, offering me a discount to just get it installed, I declined, and requested a new windshield again. The customer service at this place is nonexistent and they don’t seem to care how many times people have to come back, as evidenced by the multiple people that came in while I was waiting to have things fixed that Safelite messed up the first time.

I had them scheduled to replace my windshield in my 08 ram 2500. I told them that I wanted the OEM windshield. They explained to me that my insurance company would have to approve the extra cost. I told them to sort it out with the insurance company and let me know the outcome because I want paying out of pocket. They called me the next day and said I would have to pay an additional $250 for the OEM part. I told them I would contact my insurance company and get back to them. 5 minutes after I got off the phone with them, I received an email stating my appointment was canceled. After speaking with my company, they had never received a call from Safelite. I called Arrow Glass and everything was approved. Safelite would've installed the OEM part and charged me the additional cost as well as getting paid in full from the insurance company. They have done several windshields for me, but after this, they'll never get my business back.

I came here expecting something awful given the reviews, but honesty I couldn’t complain about one thing. I showed up 20 minutes early, waited about 5-10 minutes and my car was taken back. Rob was so nice and explained what all would happen, and my car was ready 30 minutes later. Now, my chip was less than an inch big, but I still can’t complain! My car was even vacuumed and my windows were cleaned!

I couldn’t believe these negative comments! The employees here were very professional, courteous and did exactly that they said they were going to do to repair my windshield. They got me in two days after I called. Robert was great and I highly recommend going here!

Safelite attempted to replace the back glass on my wife's durango. In the process of replacing it, they completely destroyed her spoiler and the plastic on the hatch. The "technician" they sent admitted after starting the work that he had no experience whatsoever with the process for a durango. He then proceeded to cause considerable damage to the above mentioned parts. Not only did he damage the car, he didn't even put the glass in right. The rear defroster was left disconnected because the glass was put in so far off center. Then he decided to leave without mentioning any of the broken parts. The latch was broken as well. Couldn't even shut the hatch without the plastic coming off. Not only did he break parts, he took some of the parts with him like he was trying to hide it. When we called to get it taken care of we immediately got the runaround. They still haven't fixed the issue and it's been almost 5 months and we still can't use the back hatch. It's unbelievable how bad this customer service is. They claim the parts are on back order but the dealership says otherwise. I sincerely hope that no one gives them business at all. Unfortunately I know I'm just one person and it won't matter what I say, but I hope the individuals in charge are proud of themselves.

Could they be worse? I don’t think so! After failing to communicate with me at all when I dropped off my car ? n the Friday before a holiday, I was left with very little time to pick up my car. But I did get it in time. It was a half hour late, but I made it on right before their office closed to pay. No problem. I gave their unapologetic, take it or leave it office worker my card to charge. Over 40 minutes later, I had my car. I received a call on Saturday to check on the service and ask if I would complete a survey. No thanks. Monday was a holiday. Today, literally two business days after the service, I received a message that the computer didn’t “save” my car, so I had not been charged, and if I did not call and pay today I would be sent to collections. For their stupidity and inability to use a computer, I would be sent to collections. Oh, I got out of the hospital today. Nice. If there were negative stars, these incompetent, bumbling imbeciles would get them. They couldn’t be worse at customer service. It’s just not possible.

This location is the worst. My mother took her car up here for a windshield replacement. Awful, slow service. To add insult to injury they later called her saying that they had somehow lost her credit card information and threatened to turn her over to collections because they were too inept to properly run their business. A complete and total joke of a business. STAY AWAY!!!

Safelite is dishonorable. 2 years ago I had a windshield replaced for the first time ever. One month later there was a stress fracture. They replaced it and said it was technician error. 2 years later same Crack with no impact point and in the same area as the first happens again. Tech comes out and says it's a stress fracture. He sends pictures to the boss. Boss says no warranty coverage. It looks like there's impact. Don't trust them with your windshield. They don't honor warranty and you will continue to have problems with their products and service.Update: I have reached out to customer service via email the day the service tech came. 2 hours after the service tech left, I received a receipt as if service was completed under warranty. I reached out again to customer service with no response.
