Great tire shop. Very friendly and super quick service. They took my car today on a rainy Sunday and got me out within 45 minutes. Did not charge me a lot either. Honest people here. Will take my car in any time I need. Highly recommend this place!

I brought my car in for a simple tire repair and Adrian couldn’t have been more accommodating. Not only did he address my request but also found a different tire had 3 nails in it!! Rather than try and upsell me on a tire, he and his team tried to safely fix it. Unfortunately the repair wouldn’t work so he discounted me a replacement tire. The tire wasn’t at the store and he personally drove to the other location to get the tire I needed.
I will use this Pooler Mavis location for all my future needs knowing my needs will always be met and expectations exceeded.

I paid for a DIAGNOSIS they told me here is the list of problems that need to be solved, I paid for everything. After a week they say that the car is ready when I came to pick it up, I tried it, and the car had exactly the same problems. I returned the car, they took two weeks more, so in total three weeks when I went to get the car and they told me that everything was solved, when I took the car it became worse than it was before. And they didn't treat me well at all! I really didn't think I would receive this service.
