Mixing or something is off at this location. I’ve never had a problem with any sherwin williams matching paint color. Manger Swatch a paint color on the can and it was a completely different color inside that was much darker. Wouldn’t correct the mistake with the right paint color, and it was very rude and unprofessional.

if you pick one of their colors, they ONLY look that way for the lighting in there store apparently. if you get home and it’s completely WAY TOO DARK and clearly not the right thing, they don’t care and the manager will refuse to acknowledge that or correct it in anyway, will just tell you to buy new paint or leave.

Very disappointed in the management’s lack of knowledge about sales promotions. I called on October 31st to ask about any upcoming sales. I was told by a young man that he had no information about upcoming sales events. On a whim, I called Sherwin Williams Savannah location. The gentleman said there was a BOGO 50% off starting November 3rd. I visited the Pooler location and ordered two gallons of paint. The young woman was very helpful and the paint was ready very quickly. However, she did not know about the BOGO offer. To her credit she searched for any sales information and found a coupon sheet. However, she was told by the “manager” that it was expired. She began searching her phone for the sale info as well and found it before I could pull it up. Thanks to her diligence, I saved $37.

Incredibly poor service both times I've been here. I'm stood in line for 25 min before asking the guy at the counter if there was anyone else working (he was helping the same customer the entire time), he shook his head and said, "it's going to be awhile." It would've been nice to have been acknowledged and told that before waiting as long as I did. Then he proceeded to ask the guy behind me what he needed and helped him. Shame on me for asking any questions.

Alexis, (6/16/23) helped me with my paint selection and order. She even mixed up SW paint cans that I brought from home. Friendly & incredibly helpful. Great service!!

The guy at the pooler location was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of my many questions and showed me stuff that I didn't even know existed.

Been buying a lot of paint here in the past few years, sadly just bought paint that turned out to be the wrong color.This was due to the sales person for not double checking and also on our part for not double checking the sales clerk.We were told they don't take paint back even though they were partially responsible. They did say they would give us 2 free gallons???This was for exterior house paint and I also asked the sales clerk what would be best for the exterior paint, semi-gloss or satin and she said satin, which later found out is incorrect.So, lesson learned. You can go to Lowes pick a paint chip get the correct color cheaper, get waited on by a part-time teenager that is more knowledgeable than going to the actual Sherwin Williams store expecting to get waited on by a knowledgeable person.

The customer service I received from Alex was nothing short of impeccable! I am in the process of opening my second esthetics studio and I have been very indecisive with selecting a paint color. I went into the store three different times in two days and each time he was very gracious and never made me feel like I was bothering him. I usually get my paint from a local home improvement store, but I will be returning to this location from now on.
