Just stopped in store with a question and asked to chat with the general manager. The young lady (assistant manager) gave me an extremely hard time. She would not give me any information regarding the store email to reach out—-nor would she give me the managers name. I find that extremely odd and also disheartened that she would be trained to withhold information and my brother witnessed her say “The manager does not like when people tell his name” .95% of the store managers I deal with for questions about events etc do not react in this manner. Very disappointing that I was treated like this and I will be reaching out to the brand on an c-suite level. Even my brother who works in a corporate setting was shocked at how this happened. Either way the store needs to tighten up on SOPs for interactions such as this.

I may not have had to go to Rack Room Shoes to get a pair of Skechers if the young lady between the counter would have offered help instead of looking at her smartphone.

Older lady there was grouchy. She needs to work on her customer service skills. She should learn from her younger coworkers who were more friendlier and welcoming.

Terrible customer service. No one asked us if we needed assistance and when we asked for assistance they didn’t seem to want to help. As if our business was an inconvenience.
