The people at the Pooler store are fantastic! Seriously, they take their time, let me try as many beds as I wanted and then answered ALL of my annoying questions. It’s a beautiful store too!
PS: Best place to actually get fit for the right pillow❤️ (response fit ultimate)

I was helped by Jasmine over the phone. We had several conversations in which she guided me into the most appropriate bedding for me. She sent several quotes outlining some alternatives for me. I recommend the Pooler store and Jasmine to help you.

The salesperson was great so nothing against the salesperson but rather the quality of the bed.
Sleep number beds are the worst ever do not buy one. I have never slept so badly in my entire life. 1 week of no sleep and you can not start the return for 30 days say you need to find your number blah blah blah 😑the only number help I need is the one to customer service to take this bed back…. 😫😩😩. Finally, they took the bed away but not before charging us a delivery fee and pickup fee which I could have dropped off myself since they were made cheaply and were so light. So buyers beware as we have been charged $537.84 just to try out this bed. What a joke or should I say the joke is on us. Lesson learned. 🧐😆😂

Can't rate Pooler store, but can rate mattress. I HATE IT CANT ever get the air right. Constantly thinking I'm gonna slide off the side. Got keep adding air to fill in the whole then let it back out . I hate it about 2 years old if that. Sleeps like it's a hundred. It's the five series middle range. Sorry that I was fooled by the popularity to sleep on an air matters with a better fabric covering. Just totally disappointed.

My husband and I walked into the store not having any knowledge on a good mattress of any kind and was immediately greeted with a smile by Amber! She was friendly, personable, informative, and honest! She took her time, explained everything, and was never pushy! She gave us plenty of time to discuss privately and answer all of our questions thoroughly!

I bought a bed in April and it was defective. The bed would not hold air pressure. Then when I returned the bed they also charged me to pick up a mattress that didn't work and didn't tell me that they were going to charge me for returning the mattress. So I bought a defective mattress and lost money. The price you pay for this mattress is not worth it. I will never buy a mattress from sleep number. Their customer service sucked, no customer service.
