Hit and miss sometimes but for the most part you get what you paid for if you don't want to hunt around for the classy boat shoe. I have bought for over $45 at Mashalls and 90+ in store with military discount. Service is always good.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful black lady working in the store right now. She is nasty and rude for no reason. She throwing broken boxes at customers and laughing when customers complain. Plus, she is bringing out the wrong shoes. Beware everyone!. I think she is on drugs or something. Sperry is a professional business and to hire and have slack ignorance working there, is shocking. Bad for business Sperry.

Loved my experience here! I had to exchange a pair of boots I'd ordered online because they were too large for me. Marlena helped me get the best deal for my dollar. She was so helpful and informative, and offered great customer centered service! I will definitely be going back to this store many times in the future ???
