BEWARE< We transferred here to Pooler Georgia in January and had someone come out and talk to us regarding there service. We were told they did certain things and they misled us. So after signing a year contract they aren't providing the services they said they would. Yesterday I had an account manager call me and threaten to send me to collections unless I paid and I tried to explain to him that I am not paying for something I was misled on. I have been asking for weeks for a manager to call me and I keep getting calls from everyone else excepts a manager. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to make there QUOTA!!! Please do your research first before agreeing to anything.
