The Pooler-Tanger Outlet location has excellent customer service. I was having trouble locating items I was shopping for a list and Christian swooped I’m and found all 5 items in record time with complete understanding. Thank you again Christian for being such a huge help!

This is the best and well-stocked Ulta in the Savannah area. Sadly, its located in the outerskirts of the city. The service was quick and courteous. I have never had a bad experience at this location. The brands and color palettes are catered more to non-melinated individuals. You can never go wrong with online ordering.

I guess it all depends on who is working that day but no one and I mean no one greeted me or offered any assistance. But I promise you this I will not be back. I refuse to spend money where customer service is non existent.

Love going to the store. People are super friendly and very nice. I got my eyebrows threaded and I was not happy with the outcome. If you need your eyebrows to be threaded, my advice is to go to someone that is Indian and not American.

I want to express my most sincere gratitude to Erin at the Mac cosmetic counter. She is very kind, professional and genuinely wants to help. I’m often put off by pushy Salesclerks that only care about the sale. Erin isn’t that way, she knows her product and her kindness is what brought me back to the store to make a purchase.

Hands down the best Ulta I have been to. Everything was very clean and orderly. I will say the stock on some of the makeup (new/viral items) seemed a little low, but nothing drastic. There weren't any big empty spaces or anything.
All the staff were very friendly. I can't say enough good things about Jacob. He is amazing. He was so helpful and took the time to explain the products and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. He created an environment where you felt like you could ask questions without feeling like a moron or judged. That's rare. It didn't feel like I was there to be sold stuff. It felt like I was stopping by a friends house to ask advice. I was not expecting such an awesome experience. Definitely will be returning & recommending.

I have gone to a lot of Ulta stores from New York, New Jersey, South Carolina and finally here in Georgia. Tiana who works the MAC department in the Tanger outlet is the best!!! She helped me so much with different foundations, brushes, showed me how to apply etc. I would definitely recommend Tiana!!!

Lately I have gone to this location to change up foundation, powders and concealers for my maturing skin. I had no idea of the products I wanted or needed. Kanesha from Clinique has been over the top helpful the last 2 visits. She tested products on me and guided me. We tried Clinique and other brands till we found what I was looking for. I could have never found what I needed without her. I appreciate both her expertise and time.
