Will not ever go back to under armour again

I needed to pick up a gift for my husband and I decided to stop at Tanger on my way home. His favorite brand has always been Under Armour. This is usually the best store, but when I went in there, it was really hot. I saw they had a few fans going, but that wasn’t really doing anything. I feel like it was 85° in there. I felt so bad for the employees having to work in that heat. And I can’t imagine what their back room is like. It has to be 10° hotter. Hopefully they get it fixed soon!

I had great service today at the outlet. It was a bit disturbing that there was only two employees in the crowded store and no manager. The young lady at the register had a smile on her face and the greatest customer service despite just coming from the dentist. Management is failing the employees.

Under Armour seems to be an Outlet Store in a wonderful new open shopping centre with a vast array of brands, fashion, shoes and more. The shop is modern, huge, well-kept and both times we visited there was not much traffic. Staff is very friendly and early May they had a 50% discount on nearly everything, which made shopping really tempting.

So thankful for his expertise. We are visiting our son who is rationed at for Stewart. He recommended 2 pair. One for running and one for working out.

I had to go here while I was on vacation about a month or so . It was suppose to be a quick in and out , but the customer service was phenomenal!! Caylen helped me soooo much!! I really hope next time I go back she’ll be there! I believe she was a manager, If she wasn’t she needs to be!!! She had great communication!
