The gate was five stars and the lady at the check‑in window was nice. The first time was under 2 hours and the second time was nice. All people out here were nice for loading and unloading. They got a load out of the dock in 10 minutes, loaded in 30 minutes and finished paperwork in 15 minutes. Total time was 1 hour 5 minutes. The new warehouse needs a lot improvement.

Pack lunch and dinner. I’ve been in a door 6 hours. I’ll get fired before I ever come back here. Missed appointment time for delivery.

Arrived at 1130 for a 1200 live load. Didn't get a door until 1730....it's 1930 now and still haven't started loading me yet. Will never be back here. Drivers avoid at ALL costs!!!
