On July 29th I paid $14 to have important life insurance documents to be OVERNIGHT. My package was not in Jacksonville FL until August 6th. Snail mail would have been there in less time, and would have been less than $1. Shame on you!

Stopped by to drop off some packages. They close at 6:30pm. They already had labels and just needed to be scanned in. It was 6:28pm and the door was already locked. They looked at me through the glass and didn’t acknowledge my presence. Awesome job guys.

Stopped in June 5th, walked in to get copies and not in the best of moods. Staff there was beyond helpful and guided me through the process. I left with what I needed at at great price and relieved to get what I needed. Great staff and service! Thank you!

This UPS store have being turning around very good . The supervisor along with the employees are kind have knowledge and they are able to help every one as quickly possible.

This location is listed as an authorized fingerprinting place but yet they don't list their required online and when I called the store it wasn't mentioned. I physically went to the store and waited in line for 15 minutes and was told they don't accept anything digital. I'm on online student so no physical ID card and all my utilities are emailed so no physical copies. Please remove these nasty people from the fingerprint ing locations. They need an education in customer service essentially when they are busy!!!
