This is the worst ups store I have ever been into.The employees are very grumpy and the prices are ridiculous! After 3 tries had enough.I have always had great service with other locations.Try and get happier!

I go to this store very often, I wanted to say thank you for the great ladies that always help me. Patty, Nikki and Katelyn. So willing to help, even though it's always busy, they get the job done and with a smile! I enjoy their service and the store is always clean and tidy, so thank you Mrs patty and the whole team. Definitely recommend coming to this store.

Title: Unpleasant Experience with UPSI recently had a disappointing encounter with UPS. The level of service was below expectations, marked by unprofessional behavior and a lack of consideration. From start to finish, the experience felt frustrating and left me questioning the quality of service provided.The staff exhibited a noticeable lack of courtesy, making the process unnecessarily difficult. Communication was poor, with unclear instructions and dismissive attitudes. This created a stressful environment that left me dissatisfied with the overall service.I believe that a company should prioritize professionalism and customer satisfaction, aspects that seem to be lacking in my recent interaction with UPS. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in their service standards.Perhaps hire a better manager that actually shows professionalism also.

Usually, at this location there's good customer service, the store is busy like others I assume, but I never felt insulted by a young guy trying to me like a child, just because I was in line waiting to bring my packet with a label paid, no matter what but the customer deserves respect as well the workers ... if he is not going to be patient in explaining the customer with respect what they should do when having a paid label (a new method the store have) and then he is in the wrong place for work ... Hope the store can read this review so they can correct this type of very uncomfortable situations!!!You don't need to make people feel bad by saying something like "you don't listen" you don't listen, you don't listen, three times is easier to receive the box and explain with respect what should do with the label paid or put a big label in the door explain it to the customer what should do with all paid labels not just amazon as I thought!!!

If I could give o stars I would. Let's start with the rap music playing on the speaker behind the counter. Nothing against rap, just expected a more professional atmosphere. There's a time and place for everything. Long wait and RUDE employees. The guy that scanned my items was very rude and impatient. He couldn't scan my item so I had to go into my phone to retrieve another return label. As I'm doing so he starts to sigh impatiently. I asked him , what am I taking too long. He said yep. Mind you the reception in there is bad so it takes longer to retrieve the label. I said well I waited patiently in line so I figured you could be patient also. He proceeded to tell me I needed to go to my settings and get on wifi. I told him I didn't need to since the label was coming up. His response was oh so I guess I don't work here and know what I'm talking about. I'd rather drive 20 mins in the opposite direction than to ever use this place again. By the way the manager was near by pretending not to hear what he said.

Manager of store doesn’t know how to multitask. Manager just chit chats with other staff and customers instead of taking an Amazon return that takes at max 2 minutes to process. Waited over 15 minutes just to get a barcode scan for Amazon return. There’s was only one person in front of me being handled by another employee doing their job perfectly and they were multitasking properly.

Always closed! I'd rather drive across town and go to a business that respects customers.Editing my review to add that it's closed every Saturday I come by. Online it says it is open. They only open when they feel like it. They close for any and every event in downtown Savannah. Horrible location. It should be closed down.

Find another UPS store. One day they’re open the next day they’re closed. They do not stay true to the hours that they claim they’re open online. Sometimes they don’t open on time, close early or just don’t open at all. This usually stems from poor management and lazy employees.

Needed fingerprints, hours posted and confirmed Sat 9 to 3. Drove 1/2 hour and they are closed. Went back again and they won't except ID. Did what lady said and went back again. Again not what she wanted. 3 hours of my time and gas. The worst customer service ever.

Definitely NOT open on the weekends. But on a different occasion, I was told by the 15 year old manager to "just figure it out, it's Amazon's fault" like ok, I thought that was your job but thanks anyway.

Don't come here for a passport photo. Lady was quite rude and said they're basically taking a mug shot photo. Also, their weekend hours seem to fluctuate regularly without any update. However, there is a sign in the window now that says they are closed on Saturdays now.

Editing to a 4 star because this UPS store is now closed on Saturdays and randomly closed on other days of the week due to “shortage or staff”. Kinda unfortunate because tons of people use this store, so much so, that when the store is open the line is almost always crazy long.

Google and their store hours on their door says they are open, however when I get there there are closed. I had to drive out of my way to get to this store to get fingerprinted. Unbelievable.
